Swim and Dive Teams
Participation in the swim and dive teams is free, included in the family membership. All children are welcome to participate, regardless of ability--the emphasis is on participation, not winning. All team members get the opportunity to swim in each meet. The swim team practices daily Monday through Friday, at 10 AM (or, at 11 for the youngest participants) usually beginning in late June, through about August 1. Both The Swim Team and Dive Team programs are active, providing entertainment and a healthy learning experience to our kids, ages 5 through 16. We compete against other pools, in the Super Six League. We also participate in the New Jersey Pool Managers' Association Bergen County Championships. Last year we had over 50 children and teenagers in the programs. |
